Outlook Setup

  • On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.
  • Select Add a new e-mail account, and then click Next.
  • Select POP3, and then click Next.
  • Enter Your Name and specify mail.onsitewellnessllc.com as the Incoming mail server (POP3).
  • Type your full e-mail address (i.e. wilma@onsitewellnessllc.com) in both then E-mail Address and User Name boxes.
  • Enter the password for your e-mail address in the Password box (only asterisks will show) and select the Remember password check box.
    Outlook Setup
  • The entry in the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) depends upon your internet connection (do not use smtp.yourisp.net as shown above). 
    There are two choices:
    1. Type the information given to you by your Internet service provider (ISP).
      If you have a personal email address, you can look at the setup for that account and enter the same information for all Outgoing Server information.  

      Note  If you have DSL service from AT&T / SBC / Ameritech you will need to click on More Settings and specify your personal address as the Outgoing Server  Log on using User Name and Password:
      Outgoing Server for Local ISP

      -- OR --

    2. Enter mail.onsitewellnessllc.com as both the Incoming and Outgoing server.
      In this case, you will need to need to click More Settings and select the Use same settings as my incoming server radio button.
      Outgoing Server for Remote Mail

      Note  You may have to contact your ISP and ask them to open Port 25 in order for this to work.

  • Click Test Account Settings to verify that your account is working. If there is missing or incorrect information, such as your password, you will be prompted to supply or correct it. Be sure your computer is connected to the Internet.
  • Click Next and Finish.
