Rules Wizard (move all email from an account to a folder)

  • First create a folder under you Inbox for storing the messages.
  • Right-click on the Inbox folder and select New Folder.
  • Enter a name and click OK.
  • On the Tools menu, click Rules and Alerts.
  • Select New Rule.
  • Select Start from a blank rule, and then click Next.

  • Check through the specified account and click Next.

  • Click on specified in the Step 2 box.
  • Select the domain mail server in the Account window and click OK.
  • Click Next.
  • Check move it to the specified folder and click Next.
  • Click on specified in the Step 2 box.
  • Select the folder you created in the Choose a folder window and click OK.
  • Do not check anything on the Are there any exceptions? window and click Next.
  • Click Finish.
  • Click OK on the Rules and Alerts window.
